A vertical milk cooling tank is equipped with a temperature display with a digital thermometer and a phase protection relay. The automatic mixing program controls the operating time of the agitator and can be adjusted as per desired intervals (i.e., 3 minutes of mixing operation and 10 minutes stop).
Vertical milk cooling tanks are available in different volumes starting from 200 litres up to 2000 litres.
