Description
Sachet packaging machine SPM-L is designed for automatic filling of liquid & viscous products, such as cooking oil, mayonnaise, ketchup, honey, cosmetic cream, sanitizer, shampoo, and other similar products in 3 or 4-side seal sachets.
The sachet packaging machine is a fully automatic unit and requires minimum operator skills for setting operation parameters, installing film rolls, loading a product inside the product hopper.
Working principle
The product is filled with the help of a volumetric piston filler. Upon receipt of an electronic signal from the machine control unit, the pneumatic actuators of the volumetric piston filler pull the rod out of the graduated cylinder. As a result of the vacuum, the product moves into the graduated cylinder through the suction pipe. A set volume of product is filled inside the formed sachet through tubes. The filling volume is regulated by a mechanical regulator.
After filling the sachet at a set volume, the machine controller sends a signal to the piston filler, which leads to the start of a new product filling cycle.
The seam sealing unit works on the principle of constant heating. When moving downwards, the jaws remain in a closed position, which allows the packaging material to be pulled. The roll is unwinded and the packaging material is folded through the forming triangle into a sleeve around the guide frame.
Once the filled sachet reaches the bottom point of the machine, it is cut by a special knife. The cutting unit can be equipped with a flat or toothed blade. The final package (sachet with the product) falls to the floor, into a special container (box), or onto an outfeed conveyor.
