A milk clarifier is designed to purify milk from mechanical impurities and milk mucus. The clarifier cover, sludge collector, and frame are made of stainless steel for improved performance and appearance.
The clarifier control system provides smooth acceleration and stops of the clarifier and control of work and washing. The control system is made with a variable frequency drive (VFD). The use of a VFD makes it possible to eliminate the centrifugal clutch and provides a smoother transition of critical speeds during acceleration and stop, reducing noise characteristics and power consumption.
Milk clarifier can be equipped with an automated system for complete sludge discharge, which allows washing equipment in a fully automatic mode, without the participation of maintenance personnel.
