Description
High-pressure homogenizers are a reasonably broad catch-up term for any homogenizer that forces a stream of the primary liquid samples through the system which subjects it to any of a number of forces intended to homogenize the sample and/or reduce the particle sizes of any components within it.
High-pressure homogenizers used in various food and non-food industries:
- Milk and dairy products
- Food and beverages
- Chemical and petrochemical
- Cosmetics
- Medicines and pharmaceutical industry
- Biotechnology
Aseptic design homogenizer (optional)
Our aseptic homogenizers have a special technology that uses sterile condensate instead of steam to flush the aseptic chambers installed on the machine. This avoids sterile product contamination during processing with homogenizers once the complete system has been steam sterilized.
Advantages of aseptic homogenizers:
- Sterile barriers serial with robust seals.
- Temperature measurement and flow monitoring at discharge.
- Can be sterilized with hot water or pure steam.
- The sterile-water generating system is optionally available.
