Description:
The cheese press is designed for pressing all types of cheese in order to compact the cheese grain inside the cheese moulds, remove the whey and form a surface layer. Cheese forms are stacked in a row on guides. The pressure is distributed evenly on all moulds.
The cheese press consists of a stainless steel structure base, vertical stands, pressing stainless shelves, and a pneumatic system of pneumatic cylinders. Moulds with cheese grain are placed on shelves. Raising and lowering the pressing shelves is carried out by supplying compressed air to pneumatic cylinders. Pressing pressure is adjusted by turning the pressure regulator knob.
